We offer a 24-hour courtesy call back service to help with booking, cancelling or moving your appointments. If you are busy during the day please give this simple service a go. All you have to do is fill in the form and we will call you back to organise your appointment. This service is monitored every hour during the day, and requests made outside office hours will be handled before 11am the following morning.

Free verbal consultations

We offer prospective patients the chance to visit our High Street practice and talk to our staff and dentists about any concerns they may have. This can be useful if you are considering private treatment and would like to find out more about us before taking the plunge, or if you have any questions about your dental wellbeing.

Emergency care

We allocate time every day for treating dental emergencies, so please don’t suffer the pain of toothache. Call Harbour Dental Care on 01473 253599 and we will do all we can to see you on the same day. If you require emergency care outside of our opening hours, please listen to the recorded message for details.

Emergency service for non-patients

At Harbour Dental Care emergency patients only pay for the treatment that they receive during their visit. This unique service eliminates the expense of paying solely to see the dentist on an emergency basis and then having the cost of treatment added on top - which can end up being costly.

We have appointment slots available daily for emergency treatments, just call us in the morning and we will do our very best to fit you in that day or within the next 24 hours if we have no appointments available immediately.

This service is also ideal if you work in Ipswich town centre, as we are located less than 5 minutes’ walk from Marks and Spencer. Should you require an emergency appointment during the day then our convenient position means that you take minimum time out of your work day to remedy any emergency dental problems.

Disabled access

We welcome patients of all abilities and have a downstairs surgery for people who find stairs difficult. We also have a ramp that can be placed over our front steps to make access easier for wheelchair users. Please be aware that we do not have toilet facilities downstairs.

We work hard to provide a great service to our patients and we hope you are always delighted with the private dental care you receive from us. We welcome constructive feedback, whether good or bad, and are always looking for ways to improve, so please let us know what you think of our service. You can do this by:
